Evaluations/Assessments
Evaluations and assessments are methods of determining growth and understanding. While many people feel anxious about tests, our hope is that our interns will view the feedback from an evaluation/assessment as useful information. Various types of evaluations and assessments will be given throughout the training process. You will experience:
- Pre-tests (not for grade, only as a point of reference)
- Post-tests
- A Final Exam
- Formative Assessments (not for grade, only to inform the trainer)
- Verbal Interview
- Group Quizzes (for content and/or process)
- A major project: your Product Business Plan
